These Terms govern access to bizpillar.com, BizPillar communications and the services offered through them. By using the website, requesting a quotation, making a payment or instructing us to begin work, you agree to these Terms and the applicable quotation or engagement scope.
Before using a paid service, confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract;
- you are authorised to act for any organisation named in the engagement; and
- the quotation, deliverables, exclusions, taxes and authority charges match your requirement.
Nature and scope of services
BizPillar supports business registrations, tax, accounting, intellectual property, licences, compliance and related advisory workflows. The exact deliverables, exclusions, fees and assumptions are those stated in the accepted quotation, package or written communication.
Website content is general information, not a substitute for advice based on your specific facts. Services may be performed or reviewed by appropriately qualified internal or independent professionals. No attorney-client, fiduciary or other professional relationship arises solely from visiting the website.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information; submit readable and lawful documents; disclose facts relevant to the engagement; respond within reasonable timelines; obtain authority to share information about other people; and review drafts or filings when requested.
You remain responsible for business decisions, legal and statutory obligations, and the consequences of incorrect, incomplete or late information. Delays caused by missing information, government systems or third parties may extend delivery.
Accounts, communications and acceptable use
You are responsible for protecting login credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access. You consent to operational communications by phone, email, SMS or WhatsApp using the details supplied.
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy protected material at scale, impersonate another person, upload unlawful content, or use BizPillar services for fraud or any prohibited activity.
Quotations, taxes and payment
A quotation is valid for the period shown and may change if scope, facts, statutory charges or third-party costs change. Prices exclude GST, government fees and third-party charges unless expressly marked as inclusive. Estimates of government fees may change based on state, capital, applicant type or authority requirements.
Work may begin after payment, written acceptance or another agreed trigger. Payments may be processed by third-party gateways under their own terms. You are responsible for providing correct billing information.
Timelines, authorities and third parties
Timelines are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Approval, rejection, examination, portal availability and processing time remain under the control of government or regulatory authorities. BizPillar cannot guarantee a registration, licence, refund, tax outcome, funding result or other discretionary decision.
We may rely on third-party providers for digital signatures, payments, notarisation, hosting, communications and specialist services. Their availability and terms may affect delivery.
Intellectual property and user material
BizPillar’s branding, website, templates, software, layouts and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. They may not be copied, resold or commercially exploited without permission.
You retain rights in material you provide and grant BizPillar a limited licence to store, reproduce and share it only as reasonably necessary to deliver, support and document the engagement.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Government fees, completed work and many third-party costs are generally non-refundable once incurred.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, BizPillar disclaims implied warranties not expressly stated in an accepted engagement.
BizPillar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profit, missed opportunity, authority delay, portal outage or loss caused by inaccurate client information. To the maximum extent legally permitted, aggregate liability relating to a specific paid engagement will not exceed the professional fees actually paid to BizPillar for that engagement. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Indemnity, suspension and force majeure
You agree to indemnify BizPillar against third-party claims or losses arising from unlawful instructions, infringement, false documents, unauthorised disclosure or material breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or refuse work for non-payment, unlawful activity, abusive conduct, sanctions or compliance risk. Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including authority or portal failure, natural disaster, widespread network outage, labour disruption or change in law.
Changes, governing law and disputes
We may revise these Terms prospectively. The version accepted with an order continues to govern that engagement unless the parties agree otherwise.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through written notice. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the courts having competent jurisdiction in India, unless a separate signed engagement provides for arbitration or another forum. Relevant primary references include the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 on India Code and the Companies Act, 2013 published by MCA.
